This course equips program leaders and digital navigators with the essential knowledge and skills needed to design effective digital navigator programs. The course offers a roadmap for developing a Digital Navigator Program that provides support to community members and program clients to  increase their digital access, and build their digital resilience Participants will investigate the effects of the digital divide, understand how navigator programs work to close this gap, and begin designing a program tailored to their specific environment.
